Over 100 years before brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian first introduced caviar to France in 1920, their ancestor Lazare Mailoff began fishing the Caspian Sea. Today, the Petrossian family name is synonymous with caviar, French cuisine, luxury, and sophistication.
